Responsible Gaming Analyst - Danish speaking
What They're Looking For:
- Native or fluent Danish speaker with strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- A keen interest in the psychology of addiction and knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices.
- Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to understand and support others.
- A positive mindset with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to improving business operations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behavior and contact at-risk players via phone or email, following internal policies on additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
- Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
- Assess risk and process refunds for escalated self-excluded players.
- Review and monitor follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management, ensuring player protection is prioritized.
- Adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
- Recommend changes to Responsible Gaming operations and processes as needed.
- Collaborate closely with Responsible Gaming Management to promote a culture of responsible gaming through awareness and training initiatives.
