Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat communications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our product offerings.
• Educate customers on product functionalities, features, and best practices for optimal use.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our support database.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively address and resolve complex technical queries.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your technical expertise.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in technical support or customer service, ideally in a technology-centric environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is advantageous.
