Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate user-generated content across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Review posts, comments, and messages in Danish, making informed decisions to approve, flag, or remove inappropriate content.
- Document and report instances of policy violations, including hate speech, spam, and other harmful material.
- Engage with users by responding to their inquiries and clarifying community standards.
- Collaborate with the social media team to share insights based on user interactions and community feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and assist in preparing performance reports.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in social media moderation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish, with excellent written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Prior experience in content moderation or similar social media roles is desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately evaluate content.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and sound judgment regarding moderation decisions.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their content policies.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
