You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our Danish-speaking clients receive personalized attention, leading to positive customer experiences and repeat business. Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking clients with inquiries related to car rental services remotely.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about vehicle choices, rental contracts, and payment processes.
• Facilitate and manage the booking process, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the reservations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Document client interactions and feedback for service improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitive offers to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in a car rental or hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote working setup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Proficient in using booking systems and CRM software.
