Position Summary

Join Our Team as a Danish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist!

Are you fluent in Danish and enjoy working with people, data, and technology? This is your opportunity to join a team where you'll work with world-class SAP systems and well-known clients. Your Responsibilities

• Utilize Zalaris and SAP systems to manage and administer customer-related HR data
• Provide first-line support, resolve issues, and answer inquiries efficiently and professionally
• Engage with customers through written communication and phone calls
• Manage attendance and absence records while ensuring customer data accuracy
• Prepare and deliver insightful reports
• Assist with inquiries related to systems and self-service portals, providing effective problem-solving solutions

Your Experience and Skills

• Fluency in Danish; additional Nordic languages are a plus
• Strong command of English
• A genuine enjoyment of communication, with a customer-first mindset
• Attention to detail and precision in handling data
• Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory):

• Previous experience in customer service, finance, or accounting
• Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems
