Swedish or Danish or Norwegian Customer Experience Specialist

  • Respond to customer enquiries via chats, calls, social media queries & emails
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Identify customer needs
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain an up to date customer information system
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary

Job Description
  • Strong preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain; willing to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1-3 years)
  • Native / Fluent (Business level) in Danish or Norwegian or Swedish (verbal and written); good command of English
  • Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous)
  • Available to work shifts (International Call Centre)
  • Office-based in Barcelona, Spain
  • Strong PC literacy
