We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to join our team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Accounts receivable ageing review, creating and analysing customer reports
- Email contact with customers regarding aged credit notes
- Write off / Preparation of credit notes for payout
- Attending request / queries from customers via Salesforce (i.e. send invoices not received)
- Preparing and sending customer payment reminders
- Working with a debt collection agency and corporate lawyers to collect outstanding customer debts
- Overall support of the Order to Cash team
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Team player who is flexible and well organised, able to prioritise tasks and demonstrate an action-oriented approach.
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with debt collection and/or customer support
- Curious and eager to learn
- Good communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluent in Danish and English (written and oral)
