We are currently looking for
Danish-speaking customer service assistant for our client company in Helsinki. You will become part of a cheerful team in a rapidly growing and innovative company within the beauty and health industry.
About the role of Customer Service Assistant As a customer service assistant you can expect a varied workday. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance and advice regarding various products. Your responsibilities are to provide advice and support to Danish customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner. With excellent communication skills and a knack for service, you will ensure that customers receive the best possible assistance and advice.
Qualifications & Experience - Experience in customer service and especially email and phone
- Very good knowledge of Danish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in sales is advantageous
37.5-hour workweek. Working hours are 09:30-17:30, Monday to Friday. Hybrid solution after training - if you wish, you can work remotely for two days a week. We hope that you can start in your new position as soon as possible. Work until the end of August/September.
