As a key employee of the Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact with the Danish-speaking players through live chat, email, and phone calls. The end goal is to deliver the best possible experience for each customer. Some of your responsibilities in this role include greeting and communicating with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion, helping them with all their questions, and informing them about the products and deals on offer.
You’re a good fit for the job if you
- Speak and write fluent Danish
- Posses great English language skills
- Are willing to work shifts
- Have a genuine interest in iGaming and are eager to learn more
- Already gained some experience in interacting with customers
- Have a positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Are a Team Player
- Are an excellent listener and problem-solver
