Your ShiftWorking Hours: 23 PM - 09 AM (Night Shift)
Main Responsibilities:
- Helping customers via phone, email & live chat - mostly in Danish
- Solving inquiries with care, precision & a human touch
- Understanding client needs & recommending smart solutions
- Going above & beyond to wow our customers
- Collaborating with your team to improve how we do things
Requirements:
- DKGB Fluent in Danish & English (written + spoken)
- A go-getter who thrives on helping people (and enjoys a bit of sales too!)
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Experience in customer support? Even better!
