Key Responsibilities - Provide essential administrative assistance by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish.
- Support various tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining an organized electronic filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics for team members.
- Approach daily challenges with a proactive mindset and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring timely responses and high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.
Requirements - Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various administrative software tools.
