This position is ideal for organized individuals who are detail-oriented and passionate about providing excellent administrative support in a flexible working environment.
Key Responsibilities - Provide essential administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish.
- Assist with data entry, prepare important documents, and maintain a well-organized electronic filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and utilize strong problem-solving skills.
- Engage with clients and vendors in Danish, delivering exceptional customer service and timely responses.
- Collaborate with colleagues on projects to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Requirements- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with administrative software tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a home-office setting.
- Willing to adapt to the challenges of remote working from Portugal.
- Able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
