Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Danish Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team and work remotely from the charming landscapes of Hungary! This role is suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to provide outstanding administrative support while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Your Responsibilities - Provide vital administrative assistance by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish.
- Support tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining a well-organized electronic filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members to ensure seamless logistics.
- Approach daily tasks with a proactive attitude and use strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
- Engage with clients and vendors in Danish, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.
Requirements- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, with an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other administrative software tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, thriving in a home-office setting.
- A willingness to adapt and embrace the remote working culture from Hungary.
- Able to attend a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
