Key Responsibilities - Provide essential administrative support by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication in Danish.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintain an organized electronic filing system.
- Coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless logistics for team members.
- Approach daily challenges with a proactive mindset and utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues.
- Engage and communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, delivering high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance overall efficiency and workflow.
Requirements - Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with various administrative software tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively in a remote working environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and prepared to thrive in a home-office setting while based in Czechia.
- A willingness to engage in a 3-month fully paid training program to ensure a successful start to the role.
