Job description
We are seeking fluent speakers in Swedish
OR Danish language plus English. Slovak language is nice to have, however not required.
Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support for ESET products to our customers and partners
- Collaborating with developers to find solutions to technical issues
- Gathering data on newly resolved issues and sharing it with other teams/departments
- Investigating the root causes of problems using various logs (ESET business product logs, Windows logs, network logs, etc.)
- Finding solutions to issues using your knowledge/experience, internal and external documentation, and previous cases
- Providing detailed findings to developers in case of complex issues
What we expect from you: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent or native in Swedish OR Danish language (C1-C2)
- Active knowledge of English (written and spoken, minimum level B2)
- Slovak language is a plus
- Advanced/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive approach to problem-solving and solution-seeking
- Willingness to learn
Knowledge of at least one of the following areas is required: - Advanced/excellent knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems
- Advanced/excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
Basic knowledge of the following areas is required: - RDBMS
- Active Directory and GPO
- Topology/network layers, network protocols including the ability to analyze network traffic (using Wireshark)
- Tools and utilities for network connectivity
- Android
- Mac OS X
- Antivirus and firewall rules and policies
- Virtualization
Knowledge of the following areas is an advantage: - Microsoft Exchange Server
- Microsoft SharePoint Server
- IBM Lotus Domino / HCL Domino
- ESET PROTECT
- Experience with antivirus products
- Experience with REST API
Basic wage component (gross): from 1450 EUR - Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
