Our client is an established pharmaceutical manufacturer in Hal Far, Malta, producing both active pharmaceutical ingredients and finished medicines. Around 180 people work there, from a wide mix of nationalities and age groups, and the production team is growing.

Your role

As an IT Systems Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person when technology needs to work – from supporting users and keeping networks, systems and equipment running smoothly to troubleshooting issues and managing the company’s IT infrastructure. You’ll also contribute to IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives and system improvements, helping ensure the business stays secure, connected and efficient.

What you bring

Diploma or University Degree in Computer Engineering
Proven experience as a Systems Administrator
Experience with computer hardware, networks and computer security systems
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ideally have experience working in a GMP environment but not strictly a requirement
Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail
Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Extremely organized

What you get

EU 35.000 to 45.000 gross per year, based on your skills, certifications and previous experience
An annual bonus of 5 percent of your salary
Permanent contract, six-month probation, full training on site
