Join an international production environment where you can take on real responsibility, develop your leadership skills and play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes.

As an Assistant Production Manager, you will coordinate production teams, oversee day-to-day operations and make sure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and in line with cGMP standards and company procedures. At the same time, you’ll work closely with departments such as Quality Assurance and R&D, giving you the opportunity to gain a broad insight into the pharmaceutical production process.

What you bring

Higher qualification preferably in a related field

A minimum of four years experience in a Production/GMP environment

Self-motivated and have excellent attention to detail

Results oriented and will display an attitude that reflects our Company values

Able to work independently and in a team environment

What you get

EU 35.000 to 45.000 gross per year, based on your experience, education and soft skills
A 10 percent annual bonus
Permanent contract, six-month probation, full training on site
A route toward team lead or other paths in the company

Only applicants that hold an EU citizenship or work permit for Malta will be considered. Travel, accommodation and the cost of the move, you arrange and pay for yourself, so plan for savings to cover your first weeks in Malta.
