OTC Junior Associate with Danish

Main purpose of the position

In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day invoicing and financial reporting of processes related to ISS clients and services. You will ensure that all necessary data (PO number, customer details, pricing) is correct and complete. You will also be investigating and resolving issues like pricing discrepancies, incorrect quantities, or incorrect customer data.

What will you do:

• Verify billing information (pricing, PO number, customer details) to ensure accuracy before issuing invoices.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, timely invoices to clients in accordance with the services rendered.
• Process supplier invoices in SAP.
• Assist in the month, quarter and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports.
• Handle client billing inquiries promptly and professionally, providing high quality service.
• Answer customer requests by email and phone; resolve discrepancies.

Professional skills you possess:

• Bachelor's degree or student of economics, finance, accounting, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in Order to Cash department or any other finance department.
• Former experience with systems: SAP would be advantageous but not essential.
• Proficient in Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail.
• Proactive, well-organized, collaborative.
• Fluent in English.
• Danish language is preferable
