The role

You will be responsible for the overall management, compliance and efficiency of the warehouses, while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and performance.

Your responsibilities include ensuring that all warehouse operations meet GMP, GDP, HSE and company requirements, while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and service. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, monitor performance and identify opportunities to make processes more efficient and reliable.

Shifts

Twelve-hour rotating shifts: one day shift from 06:00 to 18:00, one night shift from 18:00 to 06:00, then two days off, and the pattern repeats. This is permanent, not occasional overtime. A shift allowance is paid on top of your base salary.

What you bring

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
  Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline
  
• Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the
  pharmaceutical, healthcare, chemical or highly regulated manufacturing
  industries
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership or managerial position
  
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and pharmaceutical warehousing requirements
  
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience will be preferable)
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  
• Able to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
  
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of Maltese will be preferable
  
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement
