Your daily Mjølner life As an IT Support colleague, you will be a key part of our Service and Operations organization. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues and customers alike, whether the request is a small user question or a bigger operational issue. You will work closely with our Service Delivery Managers, Application Operations specialists and Developers, and you will help keep things running smoothly for Mjølner's 400+ employees as well as the customers we provide operations and service agreements to.
Support is about creating confidence and momentum for users, while building knowledge to solve future issues faster.
You will join a team where knowledge sharing, sparring, and doing things properly are more than words on a poster.
Your day-to-day will be varied, and no two days look the same. Typical tasks include:
- 1st and 2nd level support for colleagues and customers via phone and ticketing system
- User administration, access management and on-/offboarding of employees
- Setup, provisioning and maintenance of laptops, phones, monitors and peripherals
- Support on Microsoft 365, Windows, MacOS, printers and video conferencing equipment
- Ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and incident management on operational solutions
- Taking part in smaller projects such as rollouts of new equipment, tools or security initiatives
- Sparring with our Service Delivery Managers on improvements to operations and support
In addition, you'll find plenty of opportunities to grow, share knowledge and engage in cross-team collaboration that furthers both your professional growth and our company's ambitions. We encourage innovative thinking and value your contributions to our ongoing projects, ensuring you're not just part of a team but an integral member shaping our future. If you're eager to work in an environment where your expertise is recognized and your development is supported every step of the way, we look forward to hearing from you.
To succeed with the above, we will make sure you visit Mjølner in Denmark, both initially and going forward, to meet your Danish colleagues and get to know our company and unique culture from the inside. Onsite customer meetings might also occur. You will part of at least two weekly trips per year to Denmark.
The rest of the time you can work from our office located in Madrid near Goya, where we work from two days per week.
