Role OverviewWe are seeking fluent Danish speakers to join an exclusive, fully remote team supporting a world-renowned global travel brand. In this position, you will elevate standard customer care into a luxury travel concierge service. Working from anywhere in Greece-from bustling cities to peaceful island communities-you will serve as a digital advisor for Danish travelers, managing itinerary updates, travel logistics, and digital platform navigation.

Key Duties

• Customized Travel Care: Assist Danish customers with tailored bookings, complex flight and hotel arrangements, and special requests.
• Digital System Help: Guide users through self-service account options, app features, and web portal operations.
• Disruption Resolution: Resolve flight cancellations, schedule changes, and urgent travel issues quickly to ensure effortless journeys.
• Refined Interaction: Deliver premium support across phone, email, and live messaging in fluent Danish.
• Data Management: Record client interactions and itinerary adjustments accurately within our internal management systems.

Ideal Candidate

• Language Proficiency: Fluent Danish (C1/C2 level) for premium client support, paired with strong English (B2 level or higher) for team communication and training.
• Service Mindset: Empathetic, articulate, and patient, with a dedication to providing outstanding customer care.
