In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Danish-speaking customers, ensuring they have smooth and enjoyable experiences throughout their travel journey. Prior experience in customer service or the travel industry is an advantage but not mandatory what matters most is your fluency in Danish, strong communication skills, and eagerness to provide excellent customer care.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Danish-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, changes, and general questions.
• Ensure high-quality customer interactions by addressing issues efficiently and professionally.
• Understand and convey travel-related information clearly and accurately.
• Handle complex inquiries with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on project developments, service offerings, and travel industry trends.

Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent Danish (C1+) excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• English proficiency (B2 minimum).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
