As a Tech Support Agent, you will assist Danish-speaking customers by providing expert assistance with their electronic products, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have an optimal experience with the company's offerings. Your proficiency in Danish and a passion for technology will be key components in helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities - Provide technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device issues, offering effective solutions
- Document customer interactions and technical issues in our support system
- Educate clients on product features and best practices for use
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical knowledge
Requirements - Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about electronic products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
- Prior experience in tech support or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
