Debtist is entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding its presence across Europe, including Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Germany. As part of this expansion, we are looking to welcome several new members to our sales team across these markets, which includes Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives.

In this role, you will play a key part in Debtist's growth journey, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales across new markets.

At Asta Agency, we are partnering with Debtist in this recruitment process. The recruitment process is managed by Asta Agency, and you will be employed directly by Debtist.

About the role

As an SDR at Debtist, you will be a key player in establishing the Danish market. You will work with outbound sales and new business development, with the mission to identify and reach decision-makers at mid-sized and large companies. Your focus is on creating qualified business opportunities, and you will also play an active part in shaping how Debtist sells in Denmark.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and contacting decision-makers via cold calling, email and LinkedIn
• Qualifying potential customers and booking demos
• Building and managing your own pipeline in CRM
• Adapting sales messaging to the Danish market
• Working in a structured way towards clear KPIs and delivering measurable results

There is also an opportunity to go into the role of Junior Account Executive, where, in addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will take on greater responsibility for conducting customer demos, preparing quotes and commercial proposals, and driving sales opportunities forward through negotiations and closing deals.

Qualifications and personal qualities

We are looking for someone driven, curious and not afraid to take initiative. You are independent and comfortable taking ownership of your work, while remaining humble and attentive in your customer interactions. You build trust naturally and bring a hands-on, creative mindset to everything you do. You do not need extensive sales experience, but you need the right attitude and a genuine willingness to learn fast.

In addition, you have:

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working independently in a target-driven environment, with a structured approach to managing daily activities and KPIs.
• Experience in professional communication with customers or prospects, preferably within sales, customer service, or business development.
• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach, including cold calling, lead generation, and consistent follow-up to achieve set targets.

Meriting experience:

• Previous experience in B2B sales, outbound or an SDR role
• Experience from a SaaS or tech company
• Familiarity with CRM and digital sales tools
• Knowledge of German
