Danish Speaking RG Analyst

An established iGaming company based in Pietà, Malta, is currently looking for a Danish Speaking RG Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about iGaming and committed to promoting safe and responsible play. You'll play a vital role in identifying risk behaviours and helping players maintain a healthy relationship with gaming.

This is a fully office-based role, offering a salary of €28K + a 10% performance bonus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Communicate with players via email and phone regarding RG-related issues
• Assess reports to identify signs of addictive behaviour
• Follow internal RG procedures to provide appropriate player support
• Regularly monitor flagged accounts (daily, weekly, and monthly reviews)
• Escalate complex cases to senior management
• Recommend improvements to existing RG processes and workflows

Skills and Experience

• Native-level or fluent Danish (spoken and written) - non-negotiable
• Fluency in English at a C1+ level
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in iGaming Customer Support
• Strong communication skills with a high level of empathy
• Strong attention to detail, with an analytical and positive mindset
• Genuine interest in RG and compliance
