Our client is strengthening their Responsible Gaming team in Malta and is looking for a
Danish-speaking Responsible Gaming Analyst with prior iGaming experience who wants to work where psychology, player protection, and compliance meet.
Responsible Gaming is one of the most important areas in iGaming. It's where the industry shows responsibility, ethics, and care. If you're interested in human behaviour, patterns, and making a real difference to players, this role goes beyond traditional customer support.
Previous iGaming experience (minimum 1 year) is required.What you'll be doingYou'll work at the frontline of player protection, where judgement, communication, and analysis matter.
Your responsibilities include:- Monitoring player behaviour and identifying potential risk patterns
- Proactively reaching out to at-risk players with support and guidance
- Blocking underage accounts during registration checks
- Reviewing self-excluded accounts and processing refund cases when applicable
- Maintaining detailed case reports and documentation
- Escalating high-risk cases with clear analysis and recommendations
- Contributing ideas to improve Responsible Gaming procedures
- Supporting internal awareness and training initiatives around RG
RequirementsThis position is ideal for someone who:
- Speaks Danish fluently and is confident in English
- Has at least 1 year of iGaming experience
- Is curious about addiction psychology, player behaviour, and human decision-making
- Has strong empathy and emotional intelligence
- Can balance compassion with regulatory responsibility
- Is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive situations
- Stays calm in complex or high-pressure cases
- Enjoys learning and developing within compliance and player protection
