We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

You will be responsible for guiding new clients through their Google Ads onboarding process, ensuring a smooth start and helping them maximize their digital advertising performance. Prior experience in account management, client onboarding, or digital advertising is advantageous but not mandatory - what matters most is your communication skills, adaptability, and passion for client success.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Danish-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will:
- Manage the onboarding process for new Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless transition into Google Ads campaigns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during their onboarding phase.
- Guide clients through setup, optimization, and campaign management processes.
- Explain Google Ads concepts clearly and ensure clients understand their campaign strategies and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and analytics teams, to ensure onboarding success.
- Track client progress and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Provide training and resources to help clients achieve their advertising goals.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention during onboarding.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads updates, tools, and best practices.
Required QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Danish (C1+) - excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- English proficiency (B2 level minimum).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Prior experience in onboarding, account management, or digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for digital advertising and willingness to learn about Google Ads.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Barcelona.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
