About the role We are seeking a Danish-speaking Logistics Process Administrator for BSH Home Appliances AB in Tallinn. If you are a problem-solver with customer service experience, this role is for you.
Main responsibilities - Handle logistics-related claims for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods to and from our warehouse
- Manage receivables at a Nordic level - primarily Denmark - via phone, e-mail and other communication channels
- Perform invoicing and return management processes
- Investigate the root causes of claims in close cooperation with logistics, warehouse, transport companies and external partners
- Analyse claim cases and contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes
Your background - At least a 3-year upper secondary education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Fluent inDanish and English
- SAP experience is meritorious

Other information Our modern facilities in Tallinn are easiest reached by car due to limited public transport. Temporary 6-month contract with good possibility of a permanent position. Personality, alcohol and drug tests are part of the hiring process.
