Key Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer support in Danish through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, and account management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
