About our client

This is an exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial yet highly proven buy-and-build platform. Working alongside a high-calibre, international team, they are now seeking a Danish-speaking Investment Associate to support across the full deal lifecycle. The role will begin in Stockholm to ensure strong integration with the team, with a natural path to transition to their newly established Copenhagen office as the platform continues to expand. What the job involves

• Work on all aspects of the transaction process across origination, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management
• Take specific responsibility for workstreams, and run parts of a transaction
• Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition

Who we are looking for

• Exposure to private equity transactions likely from within corporate finance, investment banking, consulting or from another private equity firm
• Entrepreneurial spirit, commercial aptitude and strong technical skillset desirable
• International experience and top tier academics are preferred
• Danish language skills are required
