Our team is at the forefront of combating online risks, protecting user data, and promoting digital well-being. As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a Danish-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze online content to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Investigate and resolve issues related to digital trust and safety, including fraud, abuse, and harmful content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety strategies and protocols.
Provide support and guidance to users regarding trust and safety concerns.
Stay updated on emerging trends and risks in the digital space to proactively address potential threats.
Prepare reports and documentation on trust and safety metrics and incidents.

Requirements:

Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) native or near-native level.
Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong understanding of digital platforms, online communities, and internet safety issues.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
