Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze online content to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to digital trust and safety, including fraud, abuse, and harmful content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety strategies and protocols.
• Provide support and guidance to users regarding trust and safety concerns.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and risks in the digital space to proactively address potential threats.
• Prepare reports and documentation on trust and safety metrics and incidents.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Danish (both written and spoken) native or near-native level.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, online communities, and internet safety issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Previous experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
