Step into this unparalleled venture! As a central figure in the Danish Customer Service team, based in St Julians, you will be pivotal in elevating the customer experience. The Hybrid Work From Home (WFH) model complements this role, affording you the balance of spending three days immersed in the dynamic office environment and two days working amidst the tranquility of your Maltese home.

- Relocation Package: Paid direct flights to Malta (including carry-on and checked suitcase) and up to 5 weeks of free company apartment accommodation. A €500 relocation bonus for Customer Service roles in the first full month's salary.

What we are looking for:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency in both Danish and English, with a knack for clear and persuasive verbal and written communication, ensuring effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Mastery: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to handle documentation efficiently, data management, and presentations.
- Customer Service Expertise: Solid background in delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms - whether face-to-face, online chat, or over phone calls, reflecting a dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- A Multitasking Expert: Ability to seamlessly handle multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring each task receives adequate attention and is completed efficiently.
- A Time Management Champion: Skilled in prioritizing and organizing tasks to optimize productivity, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality.
