Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hybrid, Sliema, Malta (office)
To Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage with customers through Live Chat, telephone and email, ensuring clear and efficient communication
- Use internal tools to investigate and resolve customer enquiries, coordinating with various departments and escalating issues within the Customer Service department as needed
- Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly and courteously
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of policies, procedures and licensing requirements to provide accurate information
- Promote and advocate for responsible gambling practices among customers
- Participate in training and ongoing development to continuously build knowledge and skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Danish and strong communication in English, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with various technologies to investigate, communicate and resolve customer enquiries
- Active listener with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored support
- Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Eagerness to expand personal knowledge and skills
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving capabilities to resolve challenges independently
- Strong individual and team collaboration skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
