In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key defender of our digital community. You will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and moderating user-submitted material-including video files, text posts, and imagery-to ensure full alignment with our platform guidelines and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

As a Digital Safety Specialist, your primary duties will encompass:

• Content Moderation: Screening user-submitted video, text, and photo submissions in Danish to uphold a safe and reliable digital environment.
• Policy Enforcement: Promptly and precisely identifying material that breaches guidelines, such as online harassment, deceptive claims, abusive speech, and explicit content.
• Cultural Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with evolving online trends, regional cultural nuances, and common Danish web language to inform accurate moderation decisions.
• Information Security: Maintaining strict privacy standards and adhering fully to global data protection laws.
• Continuous Learning: Participating in ongoing skill-building sessions to remain updated on evolving platform policies and moderation tools.

Candidate Qualifications
Language Requirements

• Danish: Fluent or near-fluent proficiency in both verbal and written communication (C1/C2 competency required).
• English: Confident working knowledge (minimum B2 level) for internal correspondence, team interactions, and instructional modules.

Key Prerequisites & Qualities

• Workplace Preference: Complete readiness to work fully on-site at our corporate headquarters located in Lisbon.
• Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with social media channels, digital software, and moderation interface tools.
• Psychological Fortitude: High emotional stability and an objective mindset required to manage repetitive workflows and process potentially sensitive or explicit material.
• Professional Background: Prior background in content moderation, client support, or contact centers is advantageous but not mandatory. Comprehensive, fully paid onboarding will be provided.
