As a Content Moderator, you will serve as a frontline defender of the digital world. Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As an Online Safety Specialist, your daily routine will involve:

• Media Screening: Reviewing user-generated videos, text feeds, and images in Danish to uphold user safety and platform standards.
• Policy Enforcement: Identifying and flagging inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant material (such as bullying, fake news, hate speech, or explicit imagery) with speed and precision.
• Cultural Context: Keeping up with changing internet trends, regional cultural nuances, and digital slang popular in Denmark to make accurate moderation decisions.
• Information Security: Maintaining strict confidentiality standards and respecting international data protection laws at all times.
• Continuous Learning: Participating in ongoing corporate training workshops to stay up to date on platform updates and tool upgrades.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

Linguistic Skills

• Danish: Native or near-native verbal and written fluency (C1/C2 level).
• English: Strong intermediate level (B2 minimum) for internal communications, team collaboration, and corporate training.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Work Format: Absolute willingness to work completely on-site at our corporate offices in Lisbon.
• Digital Literacy: High comfort level navigating various social media platforms, web applications, and content management tools.
• Mental Resilience: The psychological maturity and professional objectivity required to handle repetitive tasks and process exposure to sensitive or intense online content.
