Position Overview & Purpose

As a Content Moderator, you will act as a frontline protector of the digital ecosystem. In this role, you will evaluate, analyze, and regulate user-submitted media (including video clips, text comments, and imagery) to guarantee total compliance with our platform's safety policies and community standards.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

As an Online Safety Specialist, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Media Screening: Review user-generated videos, text streams, and images in Danish to maintain user safety and policy compliance.
• Policy Enforcement: Detect and flag inappropriate, harmful, or non-compliant content (such as harassment, fake news, hate speech, or explicit graphic material) with exceptional speed and precision.
• Cultural Awareness: Keep pace with evolving internet trends, local cultural nuances, and digital slang prevalent in Denmark to ensure correct moderation choices.
• Information Security: Uphold strict confidentiality protocols and adhere to global data protection laws at all times.
• Upskilling & Training: Participate in ongoing corporate learning sessions to stay aligned with updating platform policies and moderation tools.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Linguistic Skills: Native or near-native fluency (C1/C2 level) in written and spoken Danish, combined with a solid B2 level of English for team collaboration and training modules.
• Work Format: Complete readiness to perform your duties fully on-site at our corporate facilities in Lisbon.
• Digital Literacy: High comfort level navigating social media landscapes, online applications, and various content software platforms.
• Emotional Resilience: The psychological maturity and professional objectivity required to handle repetitive workflows and manage exposure to sensitive or challenging online materials.
• Background: Prior experience in content moderation, call centers, or customer support is a distinct advantage, though not mandatory. We provide complete, comprehensive training.
