Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content within gaming and esports environments in Danish
• Review content submissions and player interactions to ensure compliance with community standards
• Engage with players through forums and chat, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Identify and report instances of inappropriate behavior within the community
• Collaborate with the Gaming & Esports team to enhance user experience
• Stay updated on gaming trends and esports developments to facilitate effective moderation
• Contribute to fostering a positive and respectful gaming community atmosphere

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal
• A strong understanding of gaming and esports culture
• Experience in content moderation, community management, or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
