Key Responsibilities - Offer back office support for Danish-speaking customers, addressing inquiries and concerns through multiple communication channels.

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements - Fluency in Danish (both oral and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
