In this role, you will support Nordic travellers around the world when unexpected situations happen during their trips - helping coordinate medical care, travel arrangements, and practical support.

It's a dynamic and meaningful role where you help people while building valuable international work experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Support travellers worldwide via phone and email
• Handle cases related to illness, accidents, or travel disruptions
• Provide guidance regarding travel insurance coverage
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, airlines, and international partners
• Arrange flights, accommodation, or medical assistance when needed
• Register and manage cases in internal systems
• Deliver professional and empathetic support to customers in stressful situations

The assistance centre operates 24/7, therefore the role includes rotating shifts (day, evening, night, and weekends).

Requirements

• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in shift rotations
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience in customer service, travel, insurance, healthcare, or assistance services is an advantage.

Additional languages are a plus.
