Customer Care Agent SME Services with Danish, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Cracow. Together, we work on delivering exceptional customer care to small and medium-sized enterprises in the Danish market. Our team ensures that every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, helping businesses feel supported and valued.
We provide assistance in Danish across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat, making it easy for customers to reach us in their preferred way. We resolve issues related to card terminals, self-service portals, and account management, ensuring smooth daily operations for our clients.
We collaborate closely with internal teams such as Workforce Management and IT to maintain service quality and consistency. We also report and follow up on technical incidents to minimize disruptions and improve system reliability.
About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats about acquiring or technical products.
- Provide technical support for card terminals and self-service portals.
- Manage administrative tasks such as updating customer details and resolving invoice-related questions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to assist customers effectively.
Essential Qualifications: - Fluency in Danish (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Technical aptitude for reporting IT incidents.
- Service-minded, proactive, and self-driven.
- Flexible and result-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Bonus Skills: - Fin-tech knowledge.
- Prior experience in customer service or contact centers.
