Publiceringsdato 01.09.2026

Danish Refugee Council, one of the world's leading humanitarian NGOs, is currently looking for a highly qualified Communications Specialist - Communications and Grants.

About the job

With the support of the Project Development and Quality (PDQ) Coordinator, the Communication & Grants Specialist contributes to the implementation of P2P's Communication Strategy, promoting the programme's mission, objectives and results, and working closely with programme partners to produce and disseminate clear, relevant communication content for internal and external audiences. • Support alignment between communication content and P2P's advocacy strategy (in collaboration with P2P Advocacy Working Group) and key messages, so that communication products reinforce the consortium's advocacy work.
  • Review communication materials produced by country offices and partners against the P2P Communication Strategy and donor visibility guidelines, providing feedback and consolidating validation before publication.
  • Facilitate coordination among CMU and partner contributors to communication production (communications focal points, partners providing data or content, etc.), including organizing Quarterly Editorial Planning Meetings to align on upcoming content, priorities and key messages, in line with the P2P Communication Strategy.
  • Contribute creative ideas and solutions to strengthen P2P's communications, and support the review/validation process for communication materials produced across the consortium.
  • Ensure programme wide compliance with donor communications and visibility requirements

2) Internal Communication
  • Manage and update the CMU SharePoint Hub as the central repository of communication guidelines and resources for partners.
  • Coordinate the production and dissemination of the Consortium Internal Newsletter among other internal communication deliverables, to foster engagement and a shared consortium identity.

3) Support to Grants
  • Ensure the timely preparation and submission of high-quality communication annexes for annual reporting, in line with donor visibility requirements.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the PDQ Coordinator and the Partnership Coordinator in reviewing reports from consortium partners
