Today we are looking for a Project Manager capable of operating in a global, cross-functional environment and managing complex commercialization initiatives to join our team in Denmark. You will work closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and local market stakeholders to ensure coordinated and timely execution.

Today we are looking for a Project Manager capable of operating in a global, cross-functional environment and managing complex commercialization initiatives to join our team in Denmark. You will work closely with teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, and local market stakeholders to ensure coordinated and timely execution.
YOU WILL
- Lead commercialization projects across multiple regions and markets, ensuring alignment with commercial and regional strategies.
- Drive go-to-market execution and support planning, preparation, and orchestration of commercialization activities.
- Manage project scope and timelines, define deliverables, and ensure readiness across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to secure alignment and operational consistency.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and process bottlenecks.
- Ensure data accuracy for all commercial and product-related information.
- Lead stakeholder communication, including structured updates to senior leadership.
- Drive execution excellence across materials, logistics, readiness, and internal coordination.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and cross-market collaboration frameworks.
- Coordinate international collaboration with regional teams and participate in international business travel to support cross-market execution and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management and/or Sales & Marketing roles.
- Proven experience in commercialization, go-to-market execution, or multi-market rollouts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Communication skills in Danish (C1+) and English (C1+).
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex, multi-layered projects.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate risks and drive solutions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across functions and markets.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- PM certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile.
