About the Role
We are looking for a Change and Service Request Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer-driven changes and service requests. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers, architects, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring requests are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented efficiently.
You will play a key role in maintaining governance, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of changes and service requests while balancing customer requirements, technical feasibility, and operational stability.

About the Role
We are looking for a Change and Service Request Manager to oversee the lifecycle of customer-driven changes and service requests. In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers, architects, technical teams, and stakeholders, ensuring requests are assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented efficiently.
You will play a key role in maintaining governance, improving processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of changes and service requests while balancing customer requirements, technical feasibility, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate customer service requests and changes from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Lead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring changes are properly evaluated, risk-assessed, and approved in line with governance standards.
- Review, assess, and prioritize requests in collaboration with architects, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure requests are properly documented, evaluated, approved, and implemented in accordance with established processes.
- Coordinate planning, scheduling, communication, and execution activities related to approved requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the request lifecycle.
- Monitor request progress and ensure agreed service levels and timelines are met.
- Support decision-making regarding request approval, rejection, and implementation planning.
- Produce KPI reports and provide regular updates on performance, trends, and process effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve Change and Service Request Management processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support training, knowledge sharing, and process adoption across relevant teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within IT Service Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, or a similar operational role.
- Good understanding of ITIL practices and ITSM processes.
- Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks, impacts, and priorities.
- Fluent both in Danish and English, written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification.
- Experience working in complex enterprise IT environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance processes.
