Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate AI-generated content published or distributed across social media platforms, ensuring full compliance with established trust and safety guidelines.
• Identify and assess potentially harmful, misleading, or policy-violating GenAI content in the Danish-language social media ecosystem, applying critical thinking and nuanced cultural understanding.
• Provide detailed, structured feedback on the quality, accuracy, and safety of AI-generated outputs to support ongoing model improvement and platform integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including policy, product, and engineering to flag emerging trends in harmful or deceptive AI-generated social media content.
• Apply and uphold platform-specific content policies, community standards, and trust frameworks consistently across all reviewed material.
• Document findings accurately using internal content management and reporting tools, maintaining meticulous records for audit and quality assurance purposes.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving landscape of generative AI, social media trends, and trust and safety best practices to ensure your assessments reflect the latest standards.
• Escalate complex or sensitive content cases appropriately, demonstrating strong judgement and adherence to escalation protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or the legal right to work and reside within the European Union (mandatory).
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content ecosystems, and online community dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound, consistent judgements when evaluating ambiguous or sensitive content.
• Prior experience in content moderation, trust and safety, quality assurance, or a related field within the social media or technology industry is highly advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within structured workflows and deadlines.
