Mercier Consultancy is currently recruiting a Danish-Speaking Fintech Support Agent to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This position includes a fully paid relocation package to assist you with your move.
In this role, you will provide expert support to Danish-speaking clients, helping them navigate fintech products and troubleshoot issues promptly. Your contribution will be essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience in the banking sector.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries related to fintech products and services
- Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues or escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the support system
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely problem resolution
- Keep up-to-date with fintech developments to better assist customers
- Ensure a customer-focused approach in all communications
Requirements - Fluency in Danish and English, both verbal and written; native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your CV and/or cover letter
- Experience in customer support roles, preferably within fintech or related industries
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a fully paid relocation package provided
