As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring user-generated content in Danish to ensure it complies with established community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Apply company policies accurately to classify content and make moderation decisions.
• Identify and report inappropriate or violating content to the appropriate teams promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes and strategies.
• Provide feedback and insights on content trends and user behavior.
• Stay updated on the latest company policies and guidelines related to content moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous content moderation experience or similar is preferred.
• High attention to detail and consistency in applying moderation guidelines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively explain moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural and work environment.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently while contributing as part of a team.
