Responsible Gaming Analyst - Danish speaking

Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Responsible Gaming Analyst to help maintain the highest standards of responsible gaming practices. This role is crucial in safeguarding both players and the business by ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming environment.

• Native or fluent Danish speaker with strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• A keen interest in the psychology of addiction and knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze risk-scoring reports to identify potential addictive behavior and contact at-risk players via phone or email, following internal policies on additional checks, self-exclusion, and account blocking.
• Monitor escalated player registrations to prevent underage gambling.
• Assess risk and process refunds for escalated self-excluded players.
• Review and monitor follow-up case reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Escalate complex cases with recommendations to senior management, ensuring player protection is prioritized.
• Adopt a solution-focused approach to assist vulnerable players.
• Recommend changes to Responsible Gaming operations and processes as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Responsible Gaming Management to promote a culture of responsible gaming through awareness and training initiatives.
