We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to join our team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable ageing review, creating and analysing customer reports
  • Email contact with customers regarding aged credit notes
  • Write off / Preparation of credit notes for payout
  • Attending request / queries from customers via Salesforce (i.e. send invoices not received)
  • Preparing and sending customer payment reminders
  • Working with a debt collection agency and corporate lawyers to collect outstanding customer debts
  • Overall support of the Order to Cash team


Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • Team player who is flexible and well organised, able to prioritise tasks and demonstrate an action-oriented approach.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience working with debt collection and/or customer support
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and oral)
