In this position, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines, helping to create a safe and engaging online space for our Danish-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community standards.
Classify and assess content based on established moderation guidelines.
Identify and report inappropriate content or policy violations to the appropriate teams.
Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to enhance moderation strategies.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve the content moderation process.
Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care.
Familiarity with digital platforms and content moderation tools is an advantage.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new environment.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
